The Role

This is a full time, 12-month fixed term contract based in our Warwick office. Hybrid working options, including working from home, are available.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining records of all income streams, monitoring outstanding payments and contacting clients to pursue outstanding debts in a timely manner.
- Resolution of queries relating to debt.
- Liaising with Fee Earners and senior management to ensure all debts collected and queries dealt with promptly.
- Sales ledger administration including posting of customer receipts.
- Attend sales ledger reviews to highlight areas that need attention.
- Assisting with the setup of new customer accounts including money laundering checks.

About You

To join us as a Credit Controller, you’ll need:

- Good verbal and written communication skills. Able to interact with all levels of internal and external contacts.
- Good Microsoft package skills, particularly using Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and pride in work product.
- Ability to balance and prioritise workload, remain composed and level-headed during periods of particularly busy activity, and be proactive in helping other members of the team.
- Working individually and as a team.
