Credit controller 12 month FTC

Working for a fantastic company near Manchester, we're recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team for a period of 12 months initially.

Location: Manchester offices 3 days per week, home for 2 days

Salary: Up to £28k

Overview of the role

• Working in a busy team, you'll be managing an international ledger focusing on proactive credit control
• Monthly KPI's to reduce overdue debt for the business
• Building strong working relationships with your customers as well as colleagues (UK and Internationally)
• Handling any queries via telephone or email to ensure timely payment of invoices
• Investigating any instances of unapplied cash and resolving quickly
• Assisting with month end and reconciliations
• Ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business

Experience needed

• You'll have at least 1-2 year's experience of working in a fast paced credit control position
• Confident working on software and systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Second language beneficial but not essential
• High attention to detail
• Able to commit for 12 months
