Credit Controller FTC

Grafton Banks Finance is delighted to support an exciting and dynamic business located on the outskirts of Eastbourne. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Credit Controller to join our client's team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review Customer Accounts: Ensure outstanding debts are promptly chased and resolved.
• Manage Queries: Handle all credit control-related queries in a timely manner.
• Account Setup: Create new customer accounts and set appropriate credit limits.
• Aged Debt Review: Analyze aged debts and implement strategies to rectify and reduce them.
• Payment Allocation: Accurately allocate incoming payments.
• Ad Hoc Support: Provide additional support across finance as needed.

About You:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in finance, including credit control.
• Availability: Able to start on short notice for a contract/temporary position.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and various accountancy software packages.

This role is initially office-based with the opportunity for hybrid working after the training period.
