A friendly, successful business are seeking a part-time Credit Controller to work Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week, out of their office in Wallingford.

This role is a great opportunity for someone looking for reduced hours to fit around the school run or other commitments.

The role:

• • Collection of overdue payments
• • Maintain notes in the accounting system
• • Work on resolution of customer queries to facilitate payment
• • Send out overdue account statements and reminder letters
• • Responsibility for ledger maintenance
• • Assist in the issuing of weekly debt reports

The person:

• Previous experience in Credit Control
• Experience working within an Accounts team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Confident in chasing customers and handling enquiries
• Excellent IT skills
