Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for an exciting opportunity in Derby? We're seeking a talented individual to join our clients business for the next 12 months to cover a period of maternity.
Responsibilities will include:

• Management of the ledger proactively, chase outstanding debts by telephone, email, and letter
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues

To be considered you will need to have proven experience as a Credit Controller and managing a large ledger with a variety of customer accounts. You will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to proactively resolve any queries. Our client will require you to be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Our clients business has a hybrid working model with the team typically working in the office 2/3 days a week with the rest from home.
