Credit Controller

Orka Financial is recruiting for a Credit Controller to join their clients established finance team who are based in Bracknell. You will be taking full responsibility for the collection of overdue debts, building good relationships with suppliers working closely with the wider finance team.

The Credit Control position would suit an individual who has good negotiating skills and can demonstrate a proven Credit Control background ,dealing with a broad range of clients, working to targets being part of a growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal and external teams
• Resolve queries and disputes in a professional and confident manner
• Ensure debt is collected in accordance with agreed time-scales
• Telephone collections
• Produce and send monthly customer statements
• Reconciling customer accounts
• Create monthly working ledger
• Managing credit letters updates

Experience

• Previous experience within a credit controller position
• The ability to handle multiple queries

Salary £26,000 - £30,000 - parking on site - good company benefits
