Page Personnel are currently working with a global law firm based in Leeds who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their growing team!

Description

Duties will include:

  • Collection of debt following the companies procedures, liaising with partners, stakeholders and external clients
  • Working to achieve the companies cash collection targets
  • Identifying client disputes and queries working alongside internal and external clients and escalating any issues to the relevant management
  • Maintaining clear and concise notes on all records
  • Working alongside and assisting partners in all areas of credit control
  • Provide a high standard of customer service to adhere to companies procedures
  • Monitor group inbox
  • Assist with Ad hoc tasks when required

Profile

Successful candidate will possess:

  • Worked in a similar background before
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive can do attitude
  • Ability to build relationships with both clients and staff members

Job Offer

Salary up to £30,000 per annum + 25 days holiday (banks on top) + Work from home + Ongoing training and progression + pension + private health care scheme.
