Description

  • We are seeking a Part Time Credit Controller to join a team in Crawley
  • You will be responsible for managing the credit control process
  • Ensuring timely payments
  • minimising bad debts
  • Conduct telemarketing activities to follow up on outstanding payments
  • Monitor accounts payable and reconcile discrepancies
  • Utilise accounting software to track financial transactions and update records
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and potential risks
  • Perform data entry tasks to input payment details accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues promptly
  • Provide excellent customer service while adhering to phone etiquette standards

Profile

  • Proven experience in credit control or a similar role within the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
  • May be working towards an accountancy degree

Job Offer

Credit Controller

  • Salary £23000-25000 - FTE (salary will be pro-rata)
  • 16 hours per week - Part Time
  • Holiday
  • Pension
  • Hybrid Working
  • On-site Parking
  • Monday - Friday
