Credit Controller

Join our office based team in Poole as a Credit Control Specialist and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth management of our credit control functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance credit control processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Setting Up Direct Debits: Manage the setup and maintenance of direct debit arrangements with customers to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Sending Statements: Prepare and dispatch account statements to customers, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Managing Outstanding Payments: Monitor and manage incoming payments, resolving any discrepancies promptly to maintain accurate financial records.
- Experience: Proven experience in a credit control role with a track record of success.
- Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are essential for managing and analyzing financial data.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions swiftly.
