SJC Partners are searching for a Credit Controller on a permanent basis based in Manchester City Centre with hybrid working available.

As the successful candidate for the role you will be reporting into the the Credit Control Team Leader ensuring all overdue debts are collected and accurately accounted for.
  • Assisting the team across multiple ledgers and providing cover for holidays and sickness.
  • Prioritise your own workload, contact all customers on your allocated ledger, bringing in cash to meet your individual and team monthly targets.
  • Allocate incoming payments to customer accounts accurately.
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and deal with queries or pass them onto the relevant department.
  • Make informed credit limit decisions with the help of the team leader by utilising credit checks for new customers
  • Carry out stop lists for overdue accounts.
  • Proactively obtain higher credit limits for key customers as needed through the company insurance provider.
