Credit Controller

SF Recruitment are working with a Derby based business to recruit a Credit Controller into their finance team. You will be reporting into the Accountant and will have sole responsibility for the credit control. Experience is required when applying for this job in either a previous credit control or sales ledger position.

Some of your main responsibilities will be -

- To chase sales ledger accounts within deadlines and record communications
- To process and open new credit accounts following correct authorisations
- To instigate credit stop procedure and monitor accordingly
- To continually review customer accountability and update when required following correct authorisations
- To keep customer account records up to date
- Debt collection and query management
- To record and follow up on customer queries
- To run month end statements

With this one you'll be able to work one day from home and the rest will be office based. Standard hours are 37.5 per week with flexibility to start earlier and finish earlier if you prefer.
