This is a well-recognised advertising agency based in central London with a strong presence across the UK. They work with recognised brands, both globally and start-up level, on providing media & digital services for branding.

They are looking to recruit a talented Credit Controller to join their finance team in London.

Role

The Credit Controller for this exciting Advertising and PR business in central London, will take on a number of key duties including:

• Contacting customers to settle unpaid invoices
• Processing sales ledger onto the system
• Liaising with a wide range of customers to establish good relationships
• Investigating unpaid invoices with Sales team and providing resolutions
• Obtaining remittances from our customers
• Assisting with the production of invoices for payment
• Assisting with ad-hoc reporting as required

Profile

The ideal profile for this Credit Controller position should have the following attributes:

• 1-2+ years of experience in a Credit Control capacity or similar
• Experience in chasing debt with various levels of customers
• Excellent communication skills
• High-levels of attention to detail
• Good understanding & use of Excel

Salary & Benefits

£30,000 to £33,000 plus benefits:

• Study support package
• Bonus scheme (10%)
• Pension scheme
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Hybrid working

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
