EAC are representing a Market Leading Organisation that are looking for a Part-time Credit Controller, to join their small friendly team in Milton Keynes.

This role requires you to work Monday-Friday 5 hours a day (total 25 hours a week). Ideally 9:30am-3:00pm with a half an hour lunch break.

The salary is £24,000 pro-rata and office based, with free parking.

Duties for the Credit Controller

  • To download, post and allocate sales ledger cash received as per the remittance daily
  • To reconcile the Invoice Finance sheet daily and upload declared invoices and credit notes
  • To perform the Dunning runs fortnightly and chase the aged debt on accounts
  • To set up accounts for customers and check the credit availability for customers
  • To process and post the Worldpay transactions
  • To reconcile the I.F and print relevant Sales Ledger reports for Month End.
  • To be responsible for the emails responding to customer queries i.e., statement and invoice requests, releasing accounts for sales
  • To answer phone calls politely and speak to customers
  • All round accounting knowledge i.e., debit/credit understanding

Holiday allowance 25 days (pro rata) including bank holidays.
