Description
- Credit Controller:
- Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure prompt payments
- Perform credit checks on potential customers
- Resolve queries related to customer accounts and payments
- Regularly report on aged debt and payment performance
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting
- Support the wider Accounting & Finance team with ad hoc tasks
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
- Knowledge of relevant legal requirements and standards
