Credit Controller

An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Uxbridge as an experienced Credit Controller. The role would suit someone who excels in a fast paced environment and responds positively to working under pressure. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5:00PM.Predominantly working from home with one day per month in their office in Stockley Park

As the Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Maximise cash collections through proactive telephone, email and written communications with debtors
• Achieve maximum number of reinstated cancelled direct debits
• Reduce debtor days through timely communications and proactive resolution with debtors
• Accurate allocation of collections on inhouse credit control software

The successful Credit Controller will have the following related skills / experience

• Professionally handle difficult phone conversations with customers whilst representing the company values
• Excellent IT skills with the ability to work across multiple systems seamlessly
• Advanced Excel skills with knowledge of pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Ability to review and analyse large datasets and reports
