Your new company - This company is a very reputable firm based in the North Manchester area who are keen to find a new Credit Controller to join their team.

Your new role - As a Credit Controller your main role will be to manage a ledger of clients and chase outstanding/upcoming payments. Your duties will include;

  • Managing a ledger of key clients (0 - 30 days)
  • Chasing outstanding/upcoming payments
  • Resolving Credit Control issues and proving excellent service to clients
  • Chasing payments via phone calls, emails and post
  • Negotiating payment plans
  • Working closely with the Credit Manager



What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous Credit Control Experience
  • Excel knowledge (pivot tables and v-look ups)
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills - able to deal with objections
  • Self-motivated
