Credit Controller Wanted!!!
Based in Oldbury.
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
37.5 hours per week.
£13.84 - £14.35 (dependant on experience)
Temporary to Permanent.

Are you a pro when it comes to managing credit and collections? Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Look no further! We have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to join our client's dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our client's financial operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, chasing outstanding payments and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely and effective collection of outstanding payments.
* Conduct credit checks on new customers and make recommendations on credit limits.
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Investigate and resolve any customer queries or disputes.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit control, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be self-motivated, proactive, and have a keen eye for detail. Experience using accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential.
