Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bank and Cashbook reconciliation
  • Regular review of credit limits for current clients and opening new accounts to the business
  • Processing of customer refunds
  • Invoice queries
  • Managing the customer invoicing platforms
  • Speaking with clients via phone and email to collect monies owed to the business
  • Manage month end close process for the AR
  • Prepare and present reports on the AR reporting to the Senior Members of staff
  • Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 17:00

Profile

Successful candidate will possess:

  • SAP experience is essential for this role
  • End to End Credit Control experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work to on a fast paced ledger

Job Offer

Salary up to £28000 per annum + 27 days annual leave (plus banks) + Work from home (1 day a week) Pension + Free on site parking + Life Assurance + Bonus Scheme paid annually (5% of salary).
