You will be working for a long-standing and highly reputable company based on the outskirts of Coventry City Centre.

Your new role
You will be working in a small team and will be recovering longstanding outstanding debts over the telephone and in writing, including negotiating payment plans. The role is high volume and may lead to court proceedings and enforcement actions.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous credit control experience is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
