£38,000 - £40,000

Our client, a leading global real estate company, is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their successful team. This position is perfect for a motivated individual with a background in credit control within the residential sector, looking to advance their career.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the prompt collection of rent, service charges, insurance, and all other fees as required by the client's system.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, directing them to the appropriate teams and following up if no resolution is achieved.
  • Manage and monitor debt and provide service charge packages to ensure this is being recovered.
  • Coordinate with the Banking/Treasury department to ensure receipts are properly posted.
  • Work closely with other departments such as Accounts if any changes take place that need to be recorded.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Residential Credit Controller
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Clear communication
  • Able to work within a team
  • Experience working on a property management system
