We have a fantastic new temporary Credit Controller position with a great client of ours! Please see the role below!

The Role- Credit Controller

Days: Monday to Friday

Duration: 1 month

Hours: 9am-5pm

Address: Liverpool

Pay: £15

Experience:

  • Credit control experience
  • Confident calling customers (business to business)
  • Able to read aged-debt reports
  • Use Excel to update notes (and use formulas)

Duties:

  • Oversee the timely generation and distribution of invoices to customers.
  • Ensure that all billing is accurate and in compliance with contracts and agreements.
  • Conduct thorough credit checks and financial analysis on new and existing customers.
  • Set credit limits and payment terms in line with company policy and customer creditworthiness.
  • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all receivable transactions and update customer accounts regularly.
  • Contact customers through phone, email, or written communication to remind them of outstanding payments.
  • Prepare regular reports on the status of accounts receivable, including ageing reports and credit risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to ensure cohesive credit management.
