Credit Controller

Location: Old-Street/ Shoreditch

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: £30,000 -£35,000

Our client, a leading financially backed Tech firm are looking for a Credit Controller to join their dedicated team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this , this role involves managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, from raising invoices to debt collection and reporting.

This is a permanent position paying £30,000-£35,000

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Managing accounts receivable invoices.
  • Collect and chase all company debts
  • Ensuring all bank accounts are reconciled.
  • Checking for received cheques.
  • Cheque Payment Management
  • Post Communication: Downloading and communicating post to managers.
  • Reconciling any billing sync errors.
  • Replying to credit control responses from customers.
  • Conducting weekly reviews with the Finance Manager.
  • Bad Debt Write-Off: Writing off bad debt monthly.
  • Aged Debtor Reconciliation: Monthly reconciliation of aged debtors.
