Description

Key responsibilities:

• Overseeing customer accounts and ensuring payments are made in a timely manner.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing monthly reports.
• Liaising with customers to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Working closely with the finance team to manage credit control procedures.
• Implementing strategies to improve the collection process.
• Analysing customer creditworthiness and setting up credit limits.
• Assisting in the preparation of year-end accounts.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
