Permanent Credit Controller job vacancy within the legal sector.

Abbeville Recruitment is representing a well-respected mid-tier law firm based near Holborn. Our client is seeking a Credit Controller to join their busy credit control team. The main purpose of this role is to provide support to the credit control team to ensure collection targets are achieved and the revenue function operates efficiently.

As a Legal Credit Controller your core duties will include:

  • Sending statements
  • Credit control - via telephone and email
  • Meeting individual and team collection targets
  • Monitoring aged debt and highlighting any problematic accounts/issues
  • Ensuring all contacts/clients details are up to date and accurate on the system
  • Investigating and resolving queries
  • Assisting the billing team during busy periods
  • Preparing adhoc reports
  • Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients, Secretaries, Partners and Fee Earners

To be considered for this role, you will experience in the above duties and will have worked within the professional services sector.
