As the successful individual for the role your duties will include:
  • Working closely with the billing team to minimise as much outstanding debt as possible.
  • Collections within a B2C (business to customer) environment
  • Building rapport over the phone with regular and new customers
  • Follow up with payment reminders for any overdue debt.
