Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain client accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to reconcile accounts.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports related to credit control.
  • Communicate with clients to facilitate debt payments.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in all credit control operations.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all transactions.
  • Provide support to the Accounting & Finance department as needed.

Profile

The successful candidate requires:

  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ad-hoc duties
