Credit Controller

We are looking for an Experienced Credit Controller to join our client in Chandlers Ford. This role is crucial in overseeing the end-to-end elements of the billing and collection lifecycle. If you have a knack for credit control, possess excellent communication skills, and are looking for a role that offers both challenge and flexibility, we want to hear from you. This could be a part time or full-time position, depending on the candidate.

• Proactively chase debt, ensuring timely payments across international markets.
• Collaborate with the external chartered accounting firm to ensure seamless financial processes.
• Review and cross-check invoices submitted to clients for accuracy and prompt payment.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable ledgers, maintaining up-to-date and accurate financial records.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors, handling queries, payment discussions, and financial negotiations.
• Engage with high-level stakeholders worldwide to resolve payment issues and secure revenue.
• Work remotely/hybrid after training. 

• Proven experience in credit control, with international client exposure preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence in phone and email correspondence.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, effectively managing time and priorities.
• Proficiency with accounting software and systems. Ideally Xero.
• Keen interest in learning about the renewables, oil & gas sectors.
