About the Job
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Controller to join the finance team, reporting into the Accounts Receivable Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of debts, accurate processing of receipts, and effective communication with clients to resolve queries and minimise financial risk.
Duties will include:
- Allocating daily multi-currency receipts into the finance system
- Chasing overdue payments via email, phone, and written communication
- Liaising with clients to resolve invoice and contract queries
- Identifying and proposing risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with client managers
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes
About the Successful Applicant
You’ll have at least two years of experience in credit control, with solid Excel skills and familiarity with direct debit payments. A keen eye for detail, excellent communication, and a methodical approach are essential. You should thrive in a great team and be confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
