Keoghs are recruiting an experienced credit hire handler to join their Credit Hire Validation Team in either their Bolton, Leeds or Newcastle offices.

Complex Investigations: As a File Handler, you’ll dive into intricate and technical investigations. You’ll analyse claims submitted by various organizations, especially those flagged by our intelligence team. These claims can be up to £25,000 in value.

Education and Skills: At least 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) are essential, and a degree is preferable. You’ll need excellent communication skills, the ability to make decisions under pressure, and good IT proficiency.

Technical Knowledge: You’ll develop expertise in pre-proceedings credit hire, understand the life cycle of a file, grasp common law and litigation principles, and learn about costs and protective offers.
