This role is with a firm that has been ranked in the Legal 500 UK Solicitors Guide 2024 based in their Leeds office.
If you are a Credit Hire Fee Earner, Litigator or Solicitor based in Leeds or willing to commute to Leeds then this may be the role for you.
The ideal candidate for this role is a Legal Professional who has plenty of experience of credit hire and/or civil litigation.
You will have (amongst other skills); a full understanding of the PI process including costs, experience of using pro claim, the ability to stay organised and level headed under pressure, experience of handling a full caseload of RTA claims to conclusion, high level of attention to detail, excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Salary: £30 - 50k DOE (Full time - Office based)
General responsibilities of the role include but is not limited to:
- Handling a mixture of liability admitted and disputed cases
- management of a caseload of litigated fast track and multi-track credit hire cases
- Building and maintaining good relationships with the client
