Credit Hire Negotiator

We are working with a fast growing client who are offering a range of exciting fully remote opportunities sitting within their Credit Hire function. We are encouraging applicants with experience across the UK to apply! Not only is this an opportunity to join a team of experts but during a very exciting time for the group as they enter into their next phase of considerable growth.

You will manage a caseload of Small Claim and Fast Track credit hire claims with a focus on settlement and recovery.

You will have experience across:

  • A credit hire claims background understanding the principles of Mitigation, impecuniosity, enforceability along with a working knowledge of GTA, Non GTA and BHR.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to argue liability and manage quantum disputes.

You will also be comfortable working in a fast paced, challenging and changing environment and interested in further development across everything Credit Hire.
