Your new company
Our Client in East Sussex is looking for a strong leader to join their credit control team on a 9-12 month FTC.
Your new role

  • Oversee the credit control function, ensuring the efficient and timely collection of cash.
  • Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Achieve collection targets and objectives consistently.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures aimed at minimising outstanding debt.
  • Train, develop, and conduct regular one-on-one meetings with the team to review performance.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a credit control manager or as supervisor/team lead looking to step up.
  • Good knowledge of financial software and Excel.
