Forza Talent are recruiting a Credit Risk Analyst for an expanding entrepreneurial team in the Trafford Park area. The business have undergone a successful transitional period in moving their core business model to accommodate the the changing needs of their clientèle and as a result, are looking to strengthen the team with the addition of a Credit Risk Analyst.

Reporting to the Head of Credit, the role will involve:

  • Review new customer account applications for completeness and accuracy of documentation
  • Assess credit and fraud risk for new applications using various factors, such as Creditsafe reports, credit insurance opinions, and internal compliance checks
  • Enter new account information into the system for record-keeping and tracking purposes
  • Regularly review customer account credit limits, credit insurance coverage, and risk categories to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Take necessary actions in response to Creditsafe/Top Service monitoring alerts to mitigate potential risks
  • Process ongoing changes to customer master data, including adjustments to credit limits and payment terms
  • Collaborate with the Credit Governance Manager on risk assessment activities and special projects as needed
  • Act as go to for assisting the wider team with credit related queries for onsite and Ecoms transactions

This is a fantastic opportunity for a credit profesional to start moving towards management as you will become the go to support for the Head of Credit. Reporting software would be advantagous as is a strong working knoweldge of excel. In addition you will also be able to:

  • Communicate complicated and technical information in a clear and concise way and to a high standard
  • Work proactively and react appropriately and effectively to changing circumstances and demands
  • Interpret complex problems, formulate solutions, and innovate to ensure effective delivery
  • Show motivation with a high level of personal commitment with a desire to develop skills and experience
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, quality, consistency and accuracy
