A UK leading criminal law firm is in search of an experienced legal administrator/ legal secretary to provide comprehensive support across various departments, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.

As the backbone of the firm, your responsibilities will include managing reception and telephone enquiries, maintaining an impeccable level of organisation in document handling through photocopying, scanning, and filing. You will be entrusted with the coordination of outgoing post and local deliveries, ensuring all correspondence is dispatched with precision.

Your keen eye for detail will be crucial in managing stationery supplies, overseeing the condition of printers and photocopiers, and stepping in to assist with billing and accounts when required. Your adeptness with digital dictation will support the creation of documents and correspondence, while your proactive approach will keep the secretarial department's workflow efficient.

You will make appointments, utilising electronic diaries to arrange meetings and maintain key dates. Your excellent communication skills will shine as you handle phone calls, relay messages, and brief fee-earners on important matters, always upholding the firm's esteemed reputation.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong legaladmin/ secretary background. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential. A proactive attitude towards facilities administration and a commitment to effective communication are also key.
