We are looking for a prospering and passionate CRM-focused individual to join an organisation that have been going for over 100 years, as they go on a digital journey!
Role:

  • Creating and maintaining reports that form strategic decision-making
  • Responsible for the integrity, health and cleansing of data
  • Coach and mentor colleagues to maximise performance and engagement
  • Support the CRM Lead in implementing processes and solutions
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the CRM roadmap is supported
  • Collaborate with the Apps team to ensure the CRM effectively supports


Experience to succeed:

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in CRM / Data-related role
  • Good understanding of managing data, acknowledging trends and reporting
  • Worked in a role that involves troubleshooting
  • Degree in related subject field
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Willingness to run training for people across the business as/ when required
