Salt is excited to team up with one of the UK's most well reknowned Luxury Fashion Brands as they hire a detail-oriented CRM Executive to enhance customer engagement and loyalty on a 6 week contract position. This role will involve developing CRM strategies, analyzing customer data, and executing targeted marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies.
  • Analyse customer data for insights.
  • Create and manage personalised email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
  • Monitor and report on CRM initiatives.
  • Maintain CRM database accuracy.

Skills Required:

  • Experience in CRM, preferably in fashion or retail.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and email marketing platforms.
  • Creative and detail-oriented.
