We are excited to partner with a well-known charity to recruit a CRM Governance Lead for a full-time, remote role on a 3-month temporary contract. The CRM Governance Lead plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality, well-governed data that supports an excellent customer experience. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll shape an organisation-wide view of CRM data needs, define clear business requirements, and facilitate data governance best practices.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive view of CRM data across the organisation.
  • Identify data improvements to enhance customer engagement.
  • Ensure data supports seamless customer journeys.
  • Build strong relationships to understand data needs and processes.
  • Uphold data governance, quality, security, and compliance.
  • Assist in diagnosing data and database issues.
  • Document data processes, models, and dictionaries.
  • Collaborate with the Knowledge & Insight team to support wider initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in data management within the nonprofit sector.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases and CRM systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Understanding of GDPR and data protection principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Power Automate, Planner, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
  • Ability to interpret complex data, analyse processes, and present insights clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a talent for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

This role is set to start as soon as possible, so immediate availability or a notice period of no longer than one week is required.
