CRM Lead – B2C

Hybrid working (ideally 3 days in the office and 2 remote)

Forward Role are working with the UK's industry-leading online marketplace to recruit a CRM Lead to increase awareness, drive inbound traffic, and generate leads through the email channel.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, schedule, deploy, optimise and test email campaigns including personalisation, and A/B testing
  • Manage the customer segment and selection process
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to generate relevant and effective campaigns
  • Set up and monitor automated campaigns
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI and make recommendations for future improvements
  • Write and proofread copy for campaigns
  • Opportunities to support the marketing team with other digital marketing activities, such as paid search, SEO, organic and paid social media
  • Create and evaluate possible new growth areas for the business

What you will need:

  • Hands on experience in a CRM Marketing role and developing and implementing email marketing campaigns
  • Experience using a CRM platform for email marketing purposes
  • Good copywriting skills and strong attention to detail
  • Numerate with experience of data analysis and using an analytics tool
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects
