What You'll Be Doing:Develop and deliver smart CRM strategies that boost engagement, loyalty, and retention
Plan and execute targeted, multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, MMS, app) to drive audience growth and repeat visits
Use tools like Dot Digital to build personalised, data-driven campaigns and test what works
Create impactful email content using design systems and HTML - making tweaks as needed to optimise performance
Analyse customer data to unlock insights, power segmentation, and shape future strategy
Track campaign performance and turn results into clear, actionable recommendations
Map and refine customer journeys to enhance every step of the experience
Confidently present strategies and outcomes to internal stakeholders and commercial partners
A strong background in CRM marketing with a proven track record of results
A data-first mindset with great analytical skills
Proficiency in HTML and email design tools
A confident communicator who can bring numbers to life and influence decisions
