CRM Manager

eCommerce business - luxury gifts

£45,000 - £55,000

West London 2/3 days per week

A leading eCommerce business with 4 leading brands are looking for a CRM Manager to join their growing Marketing function. This is the first CRM/ Email hire which is really exciting for the business as they continue with their digital and CRM plans.

You will have a lot of ownership on the CRM strategy and customer lifecycle journeys and will need to be hands on with execution of campaigns for the first 6 months. The plan is for this role to hire an exec in 6 months and build the team out further.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and improve the customer journeys, ensuring engaging and impactful interactions at each touchpoint
  • Develop, design and execute weekly email marketing campaigns with a view of driving engagement
  • Implement and manage multiple automated email campaigns across the brands and to different customer segments
  • Lead the project on implementing a new ESP for the business
  • Work with the broader Marketing team (Social, Content, eCom) to produce the best possible persoanlised campaigns as possible
  • Work on broader CRM projects such as implementing new campaigns across SMS etc

Experience

  • 3+ years in a CRM/ Email Marketing role, ideally within fashion, retail or eCommerce
  • Previous experience running end to end email marketing campaigns
  • Experience using multiple ESPs
  • Experience executing multi-channel CRM campaigns
  • Experience with A/B testing and segmentation
