We are currently looking to hire a part-time, enthusiastic & driven CRM Manager to join our team and implement improvements to the CRM processes, propose methods to acquire & retain customers and participate in growth campaigns. We are a small, dynamic business with a real enthusiasm for automotive recruitment.

Main Responsibilities of the CRM Manager
• Analyzing data to inform business development and campaigns
• Driving CRM initiatives and overseeing the execution of campaigns
• Identify consumer segments to be targeted for campaigns
• Communicating with stakeholders to keep them informed of upcoming data management initiatives
• Maintaining and improving data management processes and accuracy
• Working with IT to manage CRM systems and data warehousing

Key Requirements for the CRM Manager
• You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You have solid prior experience in a similar role.
• You have experience in data extraction, overseeing and driving campaigns and projects.
• You are analytical, data-driven, and well-versed in Excel.
• You are detail-oriented
• You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• You are a strong team player, flexible and committed

This is a new and exciting, part time appointment, which has been created to maximise the opportunities within our large database. The sucessful candidate will report directly to me and will probably work from home, only being required to physically attend meetings on rare occasions.
