CRM MANAGER

STOKE-ON-TRENT - 2 DAYS IN THE OFFICE

£45,000-£55,000

THE COMPANY

Looking for a CRM Manager for a higher education establishment to support the business with Dynamics as well as manage two CRM executives.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the CRM System (Dynamics), helping the business make the best decisions regarding this platform
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure the platform is working the best it can in all business areas
  • Present to stakeholders to discuss Dynamics, optimisation of this platform
  • Manage campaigns end to end across multichannels
  • Manage a team of 2 CRM executives

EXPERIENCE

  • Strong Dynamics experience
  • Stakeholder communications need to be strong

BENEFITS

  • Salary up to £55,000
  • Flexible working, 3 days a week WFH
