CRM Manager
We are looking for a CRM Manager to take a leadership role in our CRM team.
We are responsible for our customer communications and marketing automation across the customer lifecycle. We operate across a range of marketing channels but have a particular expertise in email.
Please note, the minimum expectation for office attendance is two to three days per week in our central London office.

The role
  • A hybrid senior role within a team working on CRM campaigns, automation and lifecycle moments, with a particular focus on email
  • Measuring, interpreting and optimising all aspects of the CRM programme - across acquisition, conversion, customer management, value, and feedback
  • Identifying, prioritising and managing projects
  • Making change happen - this is not a static role and you will have latitude to shape both what you work on, and the way we communicate with our customers
  • Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day
What we're looking for
  • You'll be an advanced practitioner of email campaigns and CRM in general including technical production and measurement as well as being well versed in the main tools and approaches used in the email channel - knowledge of at least one ESP or CDP is essential, email HTML knowledge is preferred
  • A team player with a growth mindset, you'll be driven, smart and able to think on your feet while living our values of #beopen and #makeithappen
  • Commercial understanding and the ability to manage to targets and budgets
  • An interest in SME business finance and the ability to connect with the products and thought patterns involved in the sector
  • Ability to prioritise opportunities and develop effective CRM strategies to support our customers
  • Appreciative of creative, copy and an ability to create thoughtful customer messaging
  • A solid understanding of the data requirements of a CRM campaign or automation
  • Passionate about self-development and helping develop those around you
