My client within the Family Fun Leisure Industry are looking for a CRM Manager to join their Marketing team in London

In this role, you’ll be responsible for collecting and leveraging first-party customer data to deliver seamless, personalised communications.

Using data and technology, you’ll develop targeted engagement campaigns that enhance the customer experience, drive brand loyalty, and ensure our guests keep coming back for more.

This role offers Hybrid working - 2 days in the office and 3 from home.

Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in Customer Marketing or CRM - Proven record in CRM, engagement, and retention.
  • CRM & Email Marketing Proficiency - Confident in using email distribution tools, preferable Dot Digital.
  • Marketing Automation & Workflow Creation - Self-sufficient in building automated workflows using DotDigital.
  • Content & Copywriting Expertise - Skilled in planning and creating content for customer communications. Strong copywriting and proofreading abilities.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making - Deep understanding of data compliance (including GDPR and PECR) and best practices for targeting and managing customer data effectively.
  • Customer Journey Mapping & Experience Enhancement - Sharp attention to detail in analysing customer journeys and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Leadership & Process Development - Acts as the internal expert in customer marketing, building structure and processes to drive success in this function.
  • Multi-Site Leisure, Hospitality, or Entertainment Experience - Familiarity with customer engagement in fast-paced consumer environments.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting - Ability to track, measure, and report on customer behaviour and campaign effectiveness.
