We are seeking a talented and experienced CRM Manager to join a fast-growing, customer-focused company. In this role, you will lead and optimise CRM strategies, focusing on driving customer engagement and delivering measurable results. Key Responsibilities:List & Segment Management: Manage and optimise customer lists, flows, and segments within Klaviyo to maintain engagement and relevance.
Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyse CRM performance, providing actionable insights to enhance performance, deliverability, and key KPIs.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage daily CRM campaigns, conducting A/B testing to fine-tune strategies for maximum impact.
Workflow & Hygiene Management: Ensure smooth customer journeys through effective management of workflows and maintaining data accuracy and list hygiene.
Collaboration with Customer Service: Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a steady flow of engaged leads that align with sales goals.
Innovation & Updates: Keep up with the latest CRM technologies and tools to improve processes and collaborate with design teams to create impactful campaign assets.
Proven experience as a CRM Manager or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Klaviyo.
Excellent organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in data analysis and performance tracking.
Expertise in A/B testing and campaign optimisation.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with Figma for design collaboration is a plus.
Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
Hybrid working model, based in Kent.
