CRM manager - Required for this luxury tour operator - with an office based in central London. Homebased of hybrid is fine, CRM management experience is a must with travel, ideally for similar company, salary 45/55k plus great bonus and benefits.

CRM managers duties
-The role will be to look after the companies email programme and social media activity 
-Stand alone position reporting into the head of marketing 
-Build and schedule newsletters
-Plan, coordinate, deliver and track compelling campaigns across CRM channels
-Deliver reporting , analysis and insight into campaigns

CRM managers skills required
-CRM management within travel is a must, ideally for a luxury travel company
-Significant multi channel CRM campaign experience
-Excellent analytical skills
-Strong editorial skills , with the ability to craft irresistible , catchy, intelligent copy in line with brand
