As a CRM Marketing Specialist based in Warwick you’ll be responsible for:  

• Managing CRM marketing cloud campaigns focusing on key upcoming projects as well as BAU and automations
• Creating personalised, engaging customer journeys using our Marketing Cloud automation and AMPScript mostly via email, SMS and WhatsApp
• Driving the expansion of our customer journey campaigns, using multi-channel communication methods to optimise customer communications,
• ·Working collaboratively with the Digital Team, Marketing Managers and IT to ensure smooth execution and alignment of communications strategies.

This is a full-time, 12 month fixed term contract hybrid role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm, 2 days a week from home!

 And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

• Proven experience in Marketing Cloud is essential
• Experience in CRM, data marketing, email marketing, lead generation and GDPR
• Excellent campaign management, planning and analytical skills
• Ideally, experience with AMPscript is preferred
