Remote CRO Consultant (Eastern Europe) - £100 per day

We are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Consultant based in Eastern Europe to work remotely for a UK-based company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a data-driven expert with a strong understanding of user behaviour, A/B testing, and website optimisation to drive better conversion rates for our business.

• Analyse website performance, user journeys, and conversion funnels to identify optimisation opportunities
• Develop and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to improve conversion rates
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other CRO platforms to gain insights and track performance
• Work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to implement changes
• Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on test results and data analysis

• Proven experience in CRO, UX/UI, or digital marketing with a focus on conversion optimisation
• Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely)
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, heatmaps, and user behaviour tracking tools
• Understanding of website usability, user experience (UX), and customer psychology
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English
• Based in Eastern Europe and available to work remotely
