CRO Manager
Location: Hybrid (3 days in London, 2 days WFH post-probation)
Salary: £Up to £50,000 + benefits
We are working with a rapidly growing digital optimisation agency that is looking to expand its team. Our client, a highly respected agency with over 35 years of combined experience, is looking for a Senior CRO Manager to join their team and help drive experimentation strategies for a diverse range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies for clients.
Lead client-facing calls, providing expert advice and guidance on CRO techniques.
Analyse customer journeys using tools like GA4, ContentSquare, HotJar, and other CRO platforms.
Oversee test design and implementation, ensuring optimal analytics and performance.
Mentor and support junior members of the CRO team.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in CRO and experimentation.
Required Skills and Experience:
Solid experience in CRO/Experimentation (agency background preferred).
Strong understanding of CRO tools such as AB Tasty, VWO, Optimizely, ContentSquare, etc.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), ContentSquare, and HotJar.
Proven ability to lead client-facing discussions and presentations.
Previous experience in mentoring or overseeing junior staff (preferred but not essential).
Agency experience is ideal, as the role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice-to-Haves:
UX and/or test design experience.
Familiarity with Figma.
