What's the Job?

As the Technical Consultant, you will use an agronomic approach to understand growers' needs and frustrations

Deliver expert advice and innovative solutions to enhance soil and crop health, focusing on sustainable practices and advanced agricultural techniques.

Act as the trusted advisor for growers, offering personalised advice and support to become their go-to resource for all soil and crop health matters.

Have a deep knowledge of soil and plant health, nutrition, and biology to improve agricultural outcomes and promote sustainable farming practices.

Pursue opportunities for growth through a personalised approach, including one-on-one consultations and group meetings, to understand and meet growers' needs effectively.

What Do I need?

Demonstrated experience working with professional growers and a strong understanding of the agricultural industry.

Possession of or willingness to obtain a FACTS qualification, demonstrating expertise in fertiliser advice and nutrient management.

A genuine passion for making a positive impact on UK agriculture and contributing to the success and sustainability of the industry.
